Instructions:
- Enter patient information (required fields marked with *)
- Use headphones for accurate results
- Find a quiet environment
- Select a frequency and which ear to test
- Click "Start Test" - the volume will automatically increase through 5 levels
- Click "Hearing" when you can hear the tone at a specific level
- Click "Not Hearing" if you cannot hear the tone at that level
- The sound will stop automatically when you click "Hearing" at Level 5
- The test will automatically record your hearing threshold
- Repeat for all frequencies and both ears
- When all tests are complete, a popup will appear asking you to download the report
